Even I find this one to be pretty disturbing! The actual story adds a little context, but I’m not sure it makes this comic any more acceptable: a little chihuahua did, in fact, run in front of my car one day and go “bump” under my tire. But it got up immediately and ran away like nothing had happened, which I think is what amused me. Looking back, though, I realize it may have suffered all sorts of internal damage that was not apparent to me as I watched from my car. Which, of course, is really sad and not amusing at all. 🙁
